Verdelog is a logistics company, a leader in the Central-West region of Brazil, operating in the agribusiness supply chain with land transportation and storage services.
Gynga's work involved the development of an operational simulation to estimate the size of the truck fleet needed to ensure the best quality of services, in different operational and demand scenarios.
For this, we built a mathematical model and implemented it digitally, integrated with the company's operational data. This allowed the company to quickly and easily determine the ideal fleet size in various scenarios, enhancing strategic decision-making.
Additionally, we developed studies that helped the company understand the best locations for building distribution centers, through mathematical and economic studies based on its network of goods delivery.
Digitally and automatically, Verdelog was able to analyze metrics and operational indicators in each scenario, according to the geographical divisions of the distribution centers, aiding in the analysis of operational costs, necessary investments, and their differences between locations.
As a result, Verdelog improved its financial and economic efficiency, with strategic decisions being based on operational and financial studies and analyses.
The optimization of fleet size and distribution center locations allowed for better allocation of the company's financial resources, as well as contributed to its competitiveness and growth in the market.
We created digitized and automated financial reports, which allowed the company's directors and managers to evaluate its performance. By integrating data from ERP systems, we delivered business intelligence tools that enable the analysis of revenues, costs, goals, and key indicators.
We also integrated operational data from the fleet and deliveries, which facilitated the analysis of operational and efficiency indicators. The outcome provided access to strategic information and insights for decision-making, as well as reduced the time spent on repetitive tasks.
